Aaron is the president of independent integrated marketing and communications agency, WCG. WCG is part of W2O Group, a collection of agencies focused on driving “pragmatic disruption” for the world’s leading brands and organizations using software-enabled analytics solutions. Strout is also one of several employees providing a social voice for the company via his blogging, podcasting and speaking activities. Once a month, Aaron also writes a mobile/location-based marketing column on MarketingLand.com.
In addition to his knowledge of the interactive and social media landscape, Aaron has more than 20 years of online marketing and advertising experience, with a strong background in integrated and online marketing. Aaron is a founding member and former president of (BIMA) and a member and former board member of the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX).
Aaron is also the co-author of, Location Based Marketing for Dummies (Wiley).
