Regarding social media commerce (or social commerce as we are starting to call it at WCG), I think 2013 is going to be a huge year in seeing it take hold. However, I think it is going to take a lot of different forms that people aren&#039;t necessarily anticipating -- these will impact all aspects of the sales funnel from top to bottom. More to come from Bob Pearson and me on that front in the coming months.]]></description>
